Since we only handle COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SALES & LEASING, our agents are not permitted to practice residential real estate. Even though the Department of Real Estate only issues one license for both aspects of the business, these facets of the industry are very different and require dedication to one or the other. Agents that try to practice both commercial and residential real estate at the same time may be putting their own objectives ahead of their clients. While there are capable agents/brokers with decades of experience that could possibly handle both aspects, we would rather have our agents focus on only commercial real estate and refer the residential business out to our residential counterparts who are the experts in their field.
